Originally built in the 1980’s, The Seabank House was one of the original homes in this waterfront neighbourhood located in Comox, B.C. The house had a great foundation, but was in need of a major renovation. Grant Construction worked with Sky’s The Limit Design and Martin Zemp to deliver a luxurious, west coast beach house where the clients could relax and bask in the panoramic views of the Salish Sea.
